All services provided by Kapture Growth Hub are delivered based on the agreed scope, timelines, and terms outlined in your service agreement or project proposal.By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your business and cooperate reasonably during the project process. Kapture Growth Hub reserves the right to adjust timelines in cases of delayed client input or
unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the client. Intellectual property created as part of a completed and fully paid engagement
transfers to the client upon project completion, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the stage of the project at the time of the request, the work completed to date, and the specific terms outlined in the service agreement. For services that are subscription-based or ongoing in nature, cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.If you have concerns about the service you have received, we encourage you to reach out to us directly our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and professionally.

Payment Billing

Payments are processed as per the terms agreed upon at the start of the engagement. For most projects, an initial deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due as per the agreed payment schedule. Invoices are issued for all services. Payments can be made via the methods outlined in your proposal or agreement. Late payments may affect the project timelines, and clients will be notified promptly if this is the case.
